Each space has been carefully considered to accommodate a client’s personal hosting and relaxation needs.
The outdoor garden was conceived to be a hub of hosting activity, a carefully curated space optimised for social connection. The L-shape of the bar at the far end of the garden lends itself to conversing with guests over a martini. A custom water feature sits behind the lounge area creating a relaxing ambience whilst remaining in sight of the bustling kitchen island and Breccia Pernice drinks cabinet. Each section of this outdoor kitchen comes together to create a layered experience of entertainment where each zone provides a new delight ready to be uncovered.
The basement of the Chelsea Townhouse hosts an impressive media and games room. This multifaceted space features a custom back bar and slatted island, which form the focal point of the interior. Use of a Bianco Nero mirror, with its subtle antiquarian finish reflects light back into the space, creating an ambience that is perfect for hosting guests. A full-height sliding screen stands as an artwork in its own right. Beautiful angled shapes are defined through a subtle grey-toned material palette, punctuated with patinated brass trims. This space was created in collaboration with Portia Fox.
The inclusion of a wine room in a residence is the epitome of luxury. At Waverly House the wine room stands out as a stunning example of bespoke design. Red-stained wall panelling and bronze-glass framed doors invite you in to peruse the range of vintages. Custom drawer inserts were designed with specific decanting tools and bottle openers to maintain organisation and visual calmness even when nestled in a drawer.
