Design Industry Event: Brick & Wonder Hosted by Lanserring
Design Industry Event- We recently hosted a Brick & Wonder event at our London Studio. We were pleased to welcome a range of guests from the real estate and design industry.
It was fascinating to hear everyone speak on the theme of ‘What does exponential growth look like for your business?’
Our Managing Director Tony Vaccarino had these takeaways;
“that growth isn’t always about scale, that structure enables progress, and that people are the true drivers of momentum- really resonated with us. It was a great reminder that true success is about quality, not just quantity.”
Two roundtables took place on this theme in London and NYC. At the London event we hosted there were some key insights that stood out. For example, the impact of AI on hiring pipelines, growth being seen as a mindset and international expansion being seen as partnership driven.
